FIRST Team (Fort Irwin Renewable Solar Technology)

SkyDrill has taken the lead to assemble a team to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from the Department of the Army to develop up to 500 MW of utility-scale PV solar power through an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) on Fort Irwin, California.
